Birth Anxiety → Baby Calm

Birth and having a baby is a life-changing experience but the thought of it can be filled with stress, anxiety and fear. Especially if you’re pregnant after loss or infertility or you’ve had a previous traumatic birth.

It’s important that you feel calm, confident and empowered (yes, it’s possible!) so that your mind and body can work as effectively as possible during birth and recovery.

Birth Anxiety ➡️ Baby Calm is a person-centred approach giving you the knowledge, techniques and guidance to do just that.

It’s not antenatal course, but tailored sessions to prepare you for birth and having a baby. I bring together the best of antenatal & postpartum education, hypnobirthing and mental health as well mentoring you & your birth partner. The sessions will be tailored around your needs and anxieties, so rather than me teaching you; we’ll be discussing the topics you’ve requested in a holistic and family-focused way.

By the end, you’ll both feel prepared for your birth and your recovery as well as having solid foundation to work together as a team.

So How Will I Help You Get There?

We’ll start with an initial 30 min chat and discuss what topics you’d like to explore, any specific questions as well as any anxieties you may have. 

Following that, I’ll send you a plan of sessions, which are usually every fortnight for 60-90min each (on zoom); however this can be tailored to your situation if time isn’t on our side.
