EMOTIONAL POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Feeling exhausted and don’t know what to do? Finding it hard and struggling to deal with your emotions? Worried about whether you’re doing the right thing and questioning your choices?
Emotional Postpartum Support will help you deal with whatever challenge you’re facing right now. You’ll be able to breathe, slow down and talk things through so you can work towards positively managing your struggles. Whether it’s a problem with breastfeeding, managing your home, or needing to talk to someone who understands, I can help.
I’ll listen to you and give you non-judgemental support and guidance according to what you and your baby needs. You’ll feel more confident about your choices as well as your ability as a mum.
I can help you in a range of issues, such as breastfeeding, sleeping, bonding, weaning, routine, self-care, organisation and managing your home.
The sessions can be done either over the phone or through video-call (evenings and weekends available) and includes ongoing message/email support for 7 days after.

Mum Anxiety ➡ Mum Calm
Struggling with the demands of motherhood and feeling overwhelmed with the changes? Are you constantly trying to be ‘perfect’ and feeling suffocated with not getting things ‘right’? Are you feeling out of control and affected by constant mum-guilt?
Mum Anxiety ➡ Mum Calm will help you to feel empowered and confident within yourself and as a mum. You’ll be able to recognise, manage and work through your struggles as well as learn simple and effective techniques to deal with your anxieties.
In a non-judgemental and safe space, you’ll be able to understand yourself better and manage your emotions. I’ll work with you to build your confidence, so that you can finally reduce your anxieties & mum-guilt
Mum Anxiety ➡ Mum Calm includes an initial 90 min session followed by 5 x 60 min sessions. Initial consultations (20 min) are available and sessions are delivered either over the phone or via video-call (evenings and weekends available).
